Spanish Bay, DD, South Dakota

A contemporary design on a man-made lake adjacent to the Missouri River.  The house has long views from the lake, a wetland area and the river.  The exterior materials and colors soften the more modern aesthetic of the home.  There is a covered fireplace/grill terrace that steps down to mid-level pool that leads down to a lower level lawn approach to the lake.  Metal work including the fireplace cladding, mantel, vent hood and railings were built and supplied by Kampa Studio.
