Browndale Addition/Remodel

Edina, Minnesota

A remodel and addition to a home overlooking Minnehaha Creek in the Country Club Historic District of Edina, Minnesota.  The original house was built in the early 1930’s.  The addition and remodel was designed to provide a new family room/kitchen area with bedrooms and baths above.  The entire home needed new windows, stucco and interior finishes.
