Hammond Residence

The clients were interested in a contemporary home but were required to conform to more traditional forms and materials dictated by the local design covenants.  The house became a very simple assemblage of roof forms and massing with more traditional materials used in less ornate ways.  The main house faces south with a panoramic view of the Missouri River, outdoor pool terrace and new private marina and four hole golf course.  The detached garage has full auto shop including a lift, wash bay and private office above.
