Brown's Bay Addition/Remodel

Wayzata, Minnesota

The existing house was built in the mid-1980’s on Brown’s Bay on Lake Minnetonka.  It sits on a site overlooking the lake with a private inlet.  The owners are founders of a locally based furniture company and have an extensive modern art collection.  Kampa Studio has done numerous remodels of the existing house over the years and most recently added the guest house and breezeway to match the existing house in detail and aesthetic.
