A renovation and build-out of a 20,000 square foot office space for a furniture design and manufacturing company.  This is the second such project for the same company and is adjacent to the first build-out.  The design approach is very similar to the previous offices with minor changes due to the original building configuration.  In this instance, the conference rooms occupy the space below the high bay as free-standing, metal clad buildings.
