A renovation and build-out of a 15,000 square foot office space for a furniture design and manufacturing company.  The previous use of the space was a metal manufacturing facility dating back to the early 1900’s.  The approach was to leave the main portions of the building intact and simply paint the walls and trusses white.  The old wood ceiling in the high bay was recovered by power washing.  The center work bays were designed as an open office plan with display and filing bays separating the individual departments.  Executive offices and conference rooms are located adjacent to the high bay.
